INGREDIENTI PER 1 VASETTO da 220 g

1 kg di carote * 2 cucchiai di zucchero * 2 limoni * 30 g di uva sultanina * 6 mandorle

Lavate le carote e spazzolatele sotto il getto dell'acqua corrette. Tritatele, mettetele in una pentola e copritele d'acqua. Cuocete per 10 minuti a fuoco alto. Aggiungete lo zucchero e le mandorle tritate. Abbassate la fiamma e cuocete per 1/2 ora, controllando che non si asciughi troppo. Incorporate il succo dei limoni e l'uva sultanina rinvenuta in acqua a strizzata. Fate sobbollire ancora per 15 minuti e, quando la crema diventerà filamentosa, spegnete il fuoco e versate in vasetto.
